Week 16

Ciao Famiglia!

Before I begin I feel the need to inform you that I am wearing onesie garments... garment... onesie garment.

How are you guys?  Hope you all are doing well?  Yeah I put a question mark there, it's whatever. ðŸ˜›  We went shopping today because there are a bunch of saldi (sales) going on and I got a sweater and some pants.  I don't like shopping it makes me hangry.  So yeah, I'm pretty hungry right now so sorry if I snap at you but in reality I can say whatever I want in this email and yOu GUys cAn'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT! GROFFAME!!! (get off of me)

Fun fact about Italian the way to say I'm hungry is "ho fame" which means "I have hunger"  It can also be used in the figurative sense which would be the equivilant to "I'm thirsty" in the figurative sense.  Comunque ho fame.

Thank you for your emails.  It's always nice to hear from home.  I actually just heard from Brodder Weaver so that was cool.  He told me Isaac just got to Argentina and he's a cute little Greenie haha.  His Dad asked me if I would write an email to be read to the priests quorum so that'll be cool I guess.  I'll work on it during the week because I don't have time right now.  Did you guys get my letter yet?  I totally forgot what I wrote in there because I think I wrote it right after a lesson and the Spirit just gets me tripped up and I don't remember things after.  Haha.

How are the girls doing?  Are they eating lots of girled-cheese samiches ahahaha! Boys are better than gurls nanana boobo!  Boys go to college to get more knowledge girls go to jupiter to get more stupider.  Hahahahbabahababa!!  ðŸŽµGirls in the back ga ga girls in the back ðŸŽ¶ haha (all inside family jokes here)

Anyways it's nice to hear things are going well and getting back to normal.  The kitchen looks nice.  How are Bruno and Flubba doing?

This week has been really good.  We've definitely been working hard.  Doing a lot of finding making a lot of calls.  We've had some success.  It's been nice.  We have been able to teach Pietro as well as a big chunk of our English class including Luigi and Zaida.  We taught them the restoration and the plan of salvation and everbody seemed really engaged and interested.  We really want to start teaching at least Zaida and Luigi individually instead of with the group because invitation are much more personal individually, but I'm not really sure how to smoothly transition into that.

The plan of salvation lesson we taught was really cool because honestly during the lesson I did not think it was going that well just because it is kind of a hard lesson to teach and I definitely could have done better.  However even though we might not have been the clearest teachers, they still were interested and engaged in the lesson and I could still feel the Spirit.  It just goes to show that it really doesn't matter what we say.  All that matters is that Lo Spirito c'è because the real teacher is the Holy Ghost, not us.  So yeah all that false doctrine that I was tellin them should be all taken care of now.  I'm kiiiiiding!

Anyways that's all for now.  I love you guys. Ciao a tutti!

Worst Pizza That I Ever Had in Italy....But it Was Still Good

Ciao Famiglia!

How are you guys?  I am doing well here in Italy as always.  I think that the work here is about to speed up so that is really good.  I'm really excited.  We told our English class that we will be having the missionary lessons after class on Thursday and they seemed really interested they were asking questions about it and everything.  We'll see what happens on Thursday.  I even got Luigi to commit to coming.  I was praying and then I just thought that I should call him right then and there.  So I did and he was pretty hesitant at first and then something changed and he was just like "va bene"

Another cool experience we had the other day came when we were doing finding.  We were ealking back from Centro and this guy started waving at us and so we were like "ci conosciamo?" Have we met before? Apparently this guy was a former Mormon... woooow sorry, I mean membro della chiesa di Gesù Cristo dei santi degli ultimi giorni.  He and his friend were pretty nice.  I ended up giving his friend a Book of Mormon and he promised us that he would come to our English class.

We also are getting another referal from Forlì so yeah things are kindling here.  One might say that things are afoot at the circle k.

Today we wen to San Marino again but it was very very foggy.  And also we ate the worst pizza that I have ever had in Italy.  But it was still good.

Anyways how are things going back home in Maryland?  I sent a letter to you guys a little bit ago so tell me when you get it.  Is Laudbod good?  Is Brynbo good?  Eh I don't really care about duh brudders.  I'm kiiiiiiiiiding!

I love you guys a lot an a lot.
